Job Description

    Activities Involved:
    1. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
    • Identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
    • Screening and short-listing the candidatures in accordance to the requirements.
    • Headhunting and networking
    • Database Updating & MIS Management
    1. Job Posting and Advertising:
    • Create compelling job descriptions.
    • Post openings on relevant platforms.
    1. Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Ensure a smooth interview process.
    1. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build rapport with candidates.
    • Keep them informed about the recruitment process.
    1. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
    • Assist in salary negotiations.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process.
    1. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Doing reference check of candidates after joining on behalf of clients.
    • Collect & compile documents from the selected candidates.
