Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1, Plan, develop, design, implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance are consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements 2, Work cross-functionally to identify gaps and work with Application Development, Product Management, Certification and various Service departments, to implement practical and cost-effective solutions
      • Technical Experience : 1, Strong knowledge of IaaS including VPCs, VPNs, VRF, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls 2, Monitoring, remediation in Azure service bus/Kubernetes Provisioning / deprovisioning / scaling resources in run in Azure service bus /Kubernates 3, Strong in Azure Datafactory/Logic App/AKS/Deployments/App Service/Cloud Foundry 4, Deployment using Terraform, Cloud formation, Azure Devops 5, Replication / DR management if applicable in Azure service bus/Kubernates
      • Professional Attributes : 1, A problem solver anticipates risks and obstacles, takes initiative to develop plans for mitigation; demonstrated a disciplined IT approach to incident, problem and change management 2, Champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult problems in a positive and creative way
