Hiring: Sales & Operations ManagerWe are hiring an experienced *Sales & Operations Manager* for a leading organization in the home furnishing/manufacturing sector. If you have a strong background in driving sales growth while managing end-to-end operations, wed love to hear from you.Location: KolkataCTC: 1516 LPAWorking Hours:9:30 AM 7:00 PM (IST)Working Days:Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across domestic and international markets.* Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, institutional clients, and key accounts.* Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyse market trends.* Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and product launches.* Oversee the complete order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.* Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Quality teams for seamless operations.* Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.* Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.* Handle customer escalations related to orders, deliveries, product quality, and service.* Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, operational dashboards, and business performance reports.* Lead, mentor, and motivate sales and operations teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.Preferred Candidate Profile* 912 years of experience in Sales & Operations, preferably in the home furnishing, textile, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry.* MBA or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.* Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.* Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Compensation: Up to 1,700,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):Kindly share below details:ExperienceSectors workedCCTCECTCNotice PeriodCurrent Location/AreaWork Location: In person Hiring: Sales & Operations ManagerWe are hiring an experienced *Sales & Operations Manager* for a leading organization in the home furnishing/manufacturing sector.
