Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FI Asset Accounting Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) with a specific focus on Asset Accounting. Additionally, experience with a minimum of 2 SAP HANA implementations is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the implementation of SAP FI Asset Accounting modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and processes.Design and configure SAP FI-AA solutions to meet client requirements.Conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and other project management documentation.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team.Ensure quality and timely delivery of project milestones.Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI-AA configurations and implementations.Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP technologies and best practices.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.10-15 years of experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) with a strong focus on Asset Accounting.Proven experience with at least 2 SAP HANA implementations.In-depth knowledge of SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) configuration and integration.Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively with a team and independently.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Professional certifications in SAP FI-AA and SAP HANA are preferred.Preferred SkillsExperience with SAP S/4HANA.Knowledge of other SAP modules such as CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution).Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
