Job Description

    We are looking for a seasoned SAP ABAP Developer with 10-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ABAP programming, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.Key Responsibilities:Development & Customization: Design, develop, and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.Technical Design: Translate functional requirements into technical design and implement solutions ensuring best practices.Code Review: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.Integration: Work on SAP system integration with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements.Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions and maintain comprehensive project documentation.Support & Maintenance: Provide support for SAP ABAP applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior ABAP developers and provide technical guidance.Required Qualifications:Experience: 10-15 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and around 5 years of strong relevant experience in SAP ABAP Technical Skills:Proficient in core ABAP programming (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows).Experience with advanced ABAP (OO ABAP, ALV Reports, IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework).Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR.Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Gateway.Knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary, ABAP Workbench, and Performance Tuning, looking for minimum 2 HANA implementations Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to quality and timely delivery.Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:SAP certification in ABAP or other relevant SAP modules.Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and modern development practices like Agile/Scrum.Knowledge of SAP HANA database and SQL scripting.
