Represent restaurant and provides guests with clean eating areas, polite assistance, and orderly setting.Interested candidates should contact us for the job position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreeting patrons, and if needed, confirming and taking reservationsEscorting guests to tablesAnswering phone calls and giving basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours and servicesPreparing for guests by cleaning and setting tablesSetting up any seasonal decorations, candles, or table clothsAssisting guests by providing menus; keeping menus clean and presentableServing water to guests and refilling beverage glasses as neededPlacing and replacing silverware as neededDelivering beverages from the bartenderStocking wait staff serving stations with napkins, utensils, trays, condiments, and salt and pepper containersDirecting guests to restrooms or exits as neededClearing table as guests complete their meals and preparing tables for next guestsFollowing and maintaining all sanitation and safety proceduresAssists in cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and other duties as neededAdditional duties may include assisting kitchen staff with preparing salads, appetizers, or desserts; adding garnishes or decorations to food
