Job Description

Technical Solution Consultant

Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide remote (offsite) service; in service delivery. Technical teams focus is to solve various business systems and applications problems for customers on standard, specialized or complex systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully resolve complex technical issues in Digital Safe Product from incoming internal or external customers.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications based on customer entitlement .
  • Proactively assist internal or external customer and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence while working on incidents or service requests
  • Work closely with Project teams to deliver medium to large projects under the PMO portfolio
  • Work closely with change mgmt teams while handling complex changes and deliver SOPs wherever required.
  • Articulate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end users/clients SLA demands are met.

Supervision : Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.

Education and Experience Required:

  • 3-6 years of industry experience in Application Support or part/handling large IT projects.
  • Graduate from a reputed university
  • Flexible to work in any shift (No night shifts)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Perl, Boolean Expressions, Regular Expressions and shell scripting
  • Prior knowledge on Apache tomcat, Wildfly,Postgres , MS SQL would be helpful
  • Creation of VMs, Management hosts also will be helpful
  • Has worked in Application Support or projects in linux environment.
  • Error- finding through Application Logs
  • Work experience on different CRM tools like Jira,BMS, WFM, Siebel etc. is essential
  • MS SQL: Intermediate level with experience in writing SQL queries
  • Work experience in an SLA bound project environment
  • Good written and communication skills is must.
  • Experience in handling knowledge bases.
  • Flexible to work in any shift/weekends (No night shifts)
