Job Responsibilities

Create a training calendar and beat plan on the basis of training need identification
Train retail team on product selling and customer experience management
Ensure implementation of training guidelines at stores
Travel to the stores to train the CROs and conduct training need analysis resulting in increase of sales
Monitor, review and drive performance of CROs
Drive training and certification targets for new and existing store staff
Identify gaps & create solutions to improve the induction & output of store staff
