Job Description

The role will focus on driving the ongoing skills growth of employees by creating and delivering engaging and high-quality training programs. You will design and develop training in close collaboration with various subject matter experts, ensuring that the learning experiences engage learners to achieve and demonstrate learning outcomes. Additionally, you will implement technology-enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning. It will be your responsibility to collate feedback on completed training sessions to evaluate and measure results, making improvements where necessary.
