Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO. Must know how to close their own calls. Good communication skills in English . Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad. Ability to handle customers issues and provide accurate resolution.
