Civil Site Supervisor

Job Description

You will be working in a fast-growing realty company led by a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of managing businesses up to 100 million USD. The company is involved in various sectors including realty, infrastructure, and data sciences, with ongoing projects in Telangana, Jangaon, Hyderabad, Goa, and upcoming projects in Orissa and Mangalore. Your responsibility will include inspecting construction sites regularly to ensure safety, supervising construction teams and subcontractors, educating site workers on safety regulations, enforcing safety rules, handling site accidents, maintaining attendance records, evaluating employee performance, analyzing blueprints, recommending operational changes, gatepass management, labor management, knowledge in RCC wall construction, and daily reporting to the site engineer.To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
