Job Description

    Its a Full-Time job opportunity. 2. Candidate needs to visit Shop to Shop. 3. Candidate needs to onboard new merchants. 4. Candidate needs to sell Sound Box. 5. Candidate needs to revisits and resolve the queries of Merchants.Its a Full-Time job opportunity. 2. Candidate needs to visit Shop to Shop as per the lead provided on their PSA App. 3. Candidate needs to resolve the issues of merchants. 4. Candidate needs to reactivate Inactive Merchants. 5. Candidate needs to replace Soundbox1. Candidate should be minimum 10th Pass. 2. Candidate should have Bike. 3. Candidate should have Android Smart Phone. 4. Candidate should be comfortable to visit the market and shops. 5. Candidate should be between 18 to 34 Years of age.. Candidate will get 1.8 to 2.5 L CTC, based on the location. 2. Incentives will be un-capped. 3. To earn 100% salary, candidate needs to earn 10 to 12 points every day. 4. Candidate will be earning certain points on each activity like Merchant Onboarding, Sound Box Sell and Revisit. 5. If candidate achieves 70% of his target then he will get 70% of his salary1. If any FSE achieves his 100% salary and target for consecutive 3 months then he will be promoted as Sr. FSE. 2. Post promotion of Sr. FSE if candidate achieves his targets for further 3 months and achieves his targets then he will be promoted as Group Leader. 3. Post promotion of Group Leader, if FSE performs consistently for next 6 months then he will be promoted as TL. 4. Post promotion of TL, candidate works and performs consistently then he will be promoted as ASM. 5. There are many Candidates who joined in Paytm as FSE and now working as State Head.
