Job Description

    As a Mid-Level Executive Secretary at one of our clients in the field of Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing executive duties and responsibilities with a strong focus on administrative and organizational tasks. You will be based in multiple locations including Thiruvananthapuram, Cochin, Ernakulam, Kollam, Thrissur, Kottayam, and Kozhikode. Your role will require you to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to ensure the efficient management of office tasks and priorities. You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively correspond with various stakeholders. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion is key as you will be handling sensitive company information. Your responsibilities will include managing executives schedules by setting up meetings and appointments, handling sensitive correspondence to protect confidential information, and acting as a liaison between executives and clients to ensure clear communication. You will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing necessary documents and follow-up actions.Furthermore, you will assist in travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team, prepare reports, presentations, and data as requested by executives, and ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
