You will be joining Dolphin Digital, a Texas-based firm that specializes in programmatic Out-of-Home (OOH) media. Dolphin Digital offers Digital OOH Video and Audio advertising on a nationwide network of over 3,500 screens. Integrated with the Vistar Supply-Side Platform, we leverage AI-powered and cloud-based solutions to deliver data-driven, impactful digital advertising. Our advanced technology includes HD displays, custom installations, and viewer analytics to optimize audience engagement. Real-time remote auditing enables advertisers to monitor and adjust campaigns seamlessly for precision-targeted, high-performance advertising.As a Technical Support Specialist in this full-time remote role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical issues, conducting system diagnostics, and promptly resolving customer concerns.
