As a Branch Credit Manager (BCM) at our Ramanattukara, Thazhe Chelari, and Maranchery branches, your role will involve being responsible for the administrative tasks within the branch. Your key responsibilities will include:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microfinance in any designation.- Managing and overseeing the credit operations at the branch.- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Evaluating credit applications and making informed decisions.- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications required for this position include:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microfinance (Preferred).- Strong understanding of credit operations and risk management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.In addition to the role-specific details, you will also be entitled to the following benefits:- Health insurance- Leave encashment- Life insurance- Provident FundThis is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule and performance bonus.
