Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Brand Promoter at Flavours of Calicut, a brand dedicated to celebrating Keralas authentic taste through products like banana chips, halwas, and pickles. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, offer product samples, and drive sales effectively. Freshers are encouraged to apply, with enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence people being the key attributes we are looking for.**Key Responsibilities:**- Actively promote Flavours of Calicut products through sampling and direct sales.- Approach customers confidently, explain product features, and encourage trial.- Convert product sampling into sales by influencing customer decisions.- Maintain product displays, sampling counters, and ensure hygienic presentation.- Meet and exceed sales targets with opportunities for incentives.- Share customer feedback with the marketing and sales team.**Qualifications Required:**- Must be based in Kozhikode.- Fluency in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage).- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.- Energetic, confident, and people-friendly personality.- Freshers can apply (training will be provided).- Both part-time and full-time positions available.At Flavours of Calicut, you will receive a basic salary along with incentives based on your sales performance.
