Job Description

As a Corporate Development Director in the Office of the CEO, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the companys growth agenda by driving strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing strategic planning, advisory, and decision-support to the Office of the CEO.- Serving as a trusted advisor on corporate development, private equity, and M&A initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic transactions.- Leading end-to-end M&A activities, from deal sourcing to post-merger integration.- Partnering with the Strategy Execution Office to coordinate long-range planning and strategic governance processes.- Analyzing market trends and transaction landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.- Supporting enterprise communications strategy and developing executive-level content.To qualify for this role, you should have:- An MBA from a top-tier business school.- Prior experience as a Corporate Development leader in a large IT services organization.- Demonstrated end-to-end M&A experience, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and closing.- Strong exposure to private equity engagement and strategic investment processes.- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.- Experience in developing and executing strategic communications initiatives.- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.- A good understanding of digital business models and emerging technologies.
