Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Eduport, your role involves leading recruitment operations across the organization. You should have strong experience in high-volume sales hiring within the EdTech industry and the ability to manage recruitment teams with a data-driven approach to hiring strategy and execution. Your responsibilities include:- Designing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with Eduports growth plans- Managing a monthly hiring volume of 20 positions across various departments- Developing scalable hiring processes for high-volume recruitment in the Sales team- Collaborating with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce plansIn addition, you will lead the complete recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout, and candidate engagement until joining. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely closures while maintaining the quality of hires and building strong talent pipelines for critical roles.For bulk hiring management in Sales, you will lead mass hiring campaigns for Business Development Executives and implement structured hiring funnels to handle 50 sales hires when required. Optimizing sourcing strategies to ensure consistent candidate flow is also part of your role.As a team leader, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Executives and TA Interns, assign hiring targets, and monitor recruiter productivity. Providing training, mentoring, and process improvements for the recruitment team is essential to ensure hiring timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, proven experience in Sales hiring for EdTech organizations, and hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring environments.
