Job Description

    • Turn the arcade floor into an area of celebration by offering the best of customer service.
    • Greeting and helping customers as they enter and exit a ride, screening guests for ride requirements, and operating the ride, as well as open or close the ride when needed.
    • Working with a high level of motivation.
    • Having an eye for detail and safety.
    • Understanding the operation of each ride that has been assigned to the operator.
    • Interacting with customers and ensuring that the customers are made aware of the requirements to use such a ride.
    • Ensuring that the customers comply with such safety requirements
    • Collecting the required Card for swipe and Boarding customers on such rides through the Eentrygate.
    • Ensuring that the customers are correctly seated on the ride and secured using the provided safety harness such as seat belts or shoulder bar, etc.
    • Ensuring that the ride operating is 100% safe for operation and clear prior to operating the ride.
    • Operating the ride with complete functions so as ensure that the customers have an enjoyable experience
    • Being always alert whilst the ride is in operation to avoid accidents.
    • Stop the ride at the end of the ride each operations cycle and ensure that all the ccustomers disembark and vacate the ride through the correct exit gate.
    • Report if any noticeable malfunction of maintenance issue to the technical supervisor.
    • Cleaning the ride seating areas superficially as required.
    • Working as a team member with an outgoing personality.
    • Assist the management by handling ad-hoc responsibilities as they may arise.
    • Assist the management with special group bookings and party bookings.
    • Interact and entertain any birthday party /School groups.
