Job Description

    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our packing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing machinery, ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of products. This role requires a focus on quality control, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with other team members.Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor packing machines to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. Set up machinery for packaging operations, including adjustments for different product specifications. Conduct regular inspections of machines and products to maintain quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues; report major problems to maintenance personnel. Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and any maintenance performed. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of machinery.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation preferred. Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including operating manuals and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
