Job Description

1. Project Management:- Plan, organize, and execute construction projects from initiation to completion.- Coordinate with District managers to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks.2. Resource Management:- Allocate resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project demands.- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity and minimize costs.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.3. Quality Assurance- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold construction standards and specifications.- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address safety hazards.- Investigate and resolve any incidents or accidents promptly.4. Team Leadership:- Provide guidance and support to project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.- Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.5. Stakeholder Management:- Liaise with clients, District Managers,and regulatory authorities to ensure project requirements are met.- Communicate project status, milestones, and issues effectively to stakeholders.- Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships to secure future business opportunities.Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in a managerial role.- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule: Day shiftWork Location: In person,
