: Senior Executive- Sales & Services

Job Summary:
  • Primary Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer:
  • Responsible for achieving individual sales targets and executing company strategies to enhance store profit.
  • Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner, engage with them to understand their requirements.
  • Direct customers by escorting them to counters, introducing various products, and influencing customer buying decisions.
  • Drive sales through engaging customers via suggestive selling to build their confidence.
  • Conduct remote selling activities (sales through video calls, etc.) as requested by superiors to maximize customer reach.
  • Perform priority selling for aged stock to minimize it while keeping customer satisfaction intact.
  • Conduct cross selling/cross promotion to HNI Customers by introducing them to all product categories.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with the right solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on product details to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Pack products in front of CCTV camera for online orders to maintain security protocol.
  • Receive customer returns and Old Gold by performing necessary quality checks.
  • Gather feedback from customers/prospects and share with Manager for business improvement.
  • Ensure accurate entry of customer details after purchase for maintaining an accurate customer database.
  • Check accuracy of product details, weight, invoice after sale to provide correct product information.
Schemes:
  • Inform customers about special offers and enroll them in various schemes.
  • Support customers in scheme opening process and help with customer purchase against scheme balance.
Customer Order Management:
  • Coordinate order placement of customer orders to respective SCM/MBMG via OMS software for on-time delivery.
Stock:
  • Count & tally stock daily, record opening and closing stock, transfer stock to locker daily.
  • Report sold stock to section head for inventory maintenance; ensure timely stock replenishment.
Work area & Display:
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines for product display, maintain quality and freshness.
  • Ensure safety of jewellery displayed and promptly communicate any incidents to superiors.
Marketing:
  • Generate customer leads, increase customer footfall.
  • Invite customers to visit the Store during product exhibitions, events, etc.
  • Support in-store team in event management and product exhibitions.
  • Build awareness of competitors products and services, update product knowledge, inform superiors about market trends.
  • Assist in BTL marketing.
Internal process:
  • Adhere to company grooming standards, exhibit professionalism in appearance and behavior.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and cost-effective practices in the store.
  • Prepare sales data reports and submit to Senior Management as required.
People development:
  • Acquire knowledge in all store sections.
  • Continuously seek self-development opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines for performance appraisal completion.
  • Identify training needs and complete mandatory training programs/certifications.
