    Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) - DST Channel (Home Loans)Location:Delhi, Gurugram, Noida (DST)Location:Lucknow, Mumbai, Noida (DSA)Interested candidates can share their profiles at hidden_mobileReports To: Regional Sales ManagerJob Overview:The Area Sales Manager (ASM) in the DST (Distribution and Sales Team) Channel will be responsible for driving sales and managing the growth of the home loan products within their assigned region. This role requires the development and execution of strategies to enhance channel partner relationships, support business growth, and ensure that targets and sales goals are met. The ASM will also play a key role in supporting the sales team and monitoring the performance of the DST Channel partners.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Achieve sales targets for home loans in the assigned region through effective management of DST channel partners.
      • Focus on lead generation, conversion, and timely processing of home loan applications.
    1. Channel Partner Management:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with DST channel partners, including distributors, agents, and brokers.
      • Provide training, support, and guidance to channel partners to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
      • Monitor and ensure that partners adhere to the companys policies, processes, and compliance standards.
    1. Market Expansion and Development:
      • Identify new business opportunities and build strategies to increase the market penetration of home loan products.
      • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
    1. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Ensure excellent customer service by supporting the channel partners in their interactions with end customers.
      • Handle customer queries and provide resolutions promptly.
    1. Sales Reporting & Analysis:
      • Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and lead generation results.
      • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding channel performance, opportunities, and challenges.
    1. Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes for loan approval, disbursement, and customer satisfaction.
      • Assist in creating promotional materials or campaigns aimed at generating more home loan leads via the DST channel.
    1. Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Ensure all home loan applications are processed within the guidelines set by the company and regulatory bodies.
      • Identify and mitigate risks related to loan approvals and documentation.
    Key Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in home loans, financial services, or sales channel management. Experience with DST or distribution channels is required.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
    • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, and the regulatory environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with channel partners and customers.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and provide solutions to improve sales performance.
    • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead a team or partner network.
