Job Description

    • Business Growth: Drive, achieve, and exceed quarterly/annual Micro LAP disbursement targets within the assigned territory.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, lead, and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives (DSTs) to increase sales productivity.
    • Channel Development: Cultivate a strong distribution network, including Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), connectors, and DSA partners to generate quality leads.
    • Portfolio Management: Build a credit-worthy portfolio, managing risk by ensuring compliance with credit policies and assessing property valuations.
    • Customer Engagement: Directly engage with MSME clients and small business owners to provide financial solutions and manage relationships.
    • Market Analysis: Analyze local market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and enhance brand presence.
