Job Description

    • Lead Sourcing & Acquisition: Generate business through direct sales, cold calling, and field visits. Build a reliable network of channel partners, such as property dealers, chartered accountants, and Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
    • Financial & Property Assessment: Understand clients financial needs. Conduct preliminary credit assessments, verify eligibility, and coordinate with technical/legal teams for property valuation.
    • File Processing: Collect and verify essential KYC and financial documents. Oversee the smooth processing of the loan file through internal credit and operations departments.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
    • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed specific monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement volume targets.
    • Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure adherence to all company credit guidelines, RBI regulations, and internal processing policies.
