Job Description

In this full-time on-site role as a Financial Controller at Arboreal, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companys financial operations. Your main tasks will include preparing and analyzing financial reports, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will also be involved in preparing financial statements, budgeting, financial forecasting, and improving internal financial processes. As a Financial Controller, you will analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into the companys financial performance.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred)- 4 years of experience at a Big 5 firm or equivalent highly desired- Strong skills in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting- Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess and provide insights into financial data- Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and internal controls within an organizational setting- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsIn addition to the challenging role, Arboreal offers the following:**What we offer:**- Competitive Compensation: Expect a CTC of 10-25LPA, comprising Fixed Incentive linked to qualifications, experience, and performance.
