This initiative involves integrating data from 50 ERPs, including SAP, Databricks, Azure, and other enterprise systems, to deliver seamless automation and data-driven insights.We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the business requirements gathering, process optimization, and integration strategy. This role is critical in ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals while streamlining workflows and enabling robust automation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the POS modernization and automation project.Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows for system integrations across platforms such as SAP, Databricks, Azure, and other ERPs.Lead the effort to identify and bridge gaps in current POS processes by recommending optimized solutions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution.Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand stakeholder needs and align them with technical capabilities.Define and document business rules, data flows, and system interactions to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and automation workflows.Analyze and interpret large datasets from multiple systems to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the automation software by validating business processes.Monitor the progress of the project, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: 7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in supply chain, POS systems, or enterprise automation projects.Technical Skills:oStrong understanding of ERP systems, with hands-on experience in SAP, Databricks, and Azure platforms.oExperience in integrating and managing data across multiple ERP systemsoFamiliarity with automation platforms and technologies like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and workflow engines.oProficiency in SQL and data analysis tools for querying and interpreting large datasets.oKnowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.Analytical Skills:oExpertise in creating process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and wireframes.oAbility to analyze complex business processes and provide actionable recommendations.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.Preferred QualificationsExperience with POS modernization or workflow automation projects.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for managing and integrating data pipelines.Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related fields.Understanding of ETL processes and data engineering concepts.Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities to work on innovative projects with a diverse team of experts.Flexible work environment (on-site or remote options).Professional development programs and career growth opportunities.
