As part of our POS modernization project, we aim to develop fully automated software inspired by tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere. This software will feature dynamic, scalable applications and robust drag-and-drop workflow engines for seamless automation.We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who excels at building dynamic, enterprise-grade applications and has a strong command of React drag-and-drop workflow engines, Python, Flask, and FastAPI.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop full-stack applications to enable robust automation capabilities in POS systems.Design and implement dynamic and intuitive UIs using React.js, with expertise in drag-and-drop workflow engines (e.g., React-Flow, DnD libraries, or similar).Develop scalable and efficient backend systems using Python, Flask, and FastAPI.Build features for creating and managing complex workflows with drag-and-drop functionality, user-defined automation processes, and task orchestration.Ensure the applications performance, scalability, and security across multiple use cases.Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.Research and integrate best practices for creating workflow automation tools.Work with DevOps engineers to deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5 years of experience in full-stack development, focusing on dynamic application design and automation solutions.Frontend Expertise:oProficient in React.js, Redux, and drag-and-drop libraries (e.g., React-Flow, React-Beautiful-DnD, or similar).oExperience in building dynamic and interactive UIs, with an emphasis on workflow engines and user-driven configurations.Backend Expertise:oAdvanced knowledge of Python, Flask, and FastAPI for building RESTful APIs and microservices.oHands-on experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.oFamiliarity with task queues (e.g., Celery, Redis) and automation workflows.Automation Knowledge:oExperience with workflow orchestration and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or custom engines).oExpertise in designing and integrating drag-and-drop functionality for workflow management.DevOps Skills:oProficiency with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).oFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design for scalability and reliability.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with POS modernization or similar automation projects.Knowledge of machine learning for integrating predictive analytics into workflows.Familiarity with visual programming concepts and custom workflow design.Certification in automation tools or cloud platforms.
