Job Description

    You will be responsible for developing the potential market for Cattle Feed, establishing a distribution network in targeted markets, tracking purchase and sales channel partners, creating awareness among customers, and analyzing competitors activities to increase the brand value and market value of Lactinova Cattle Feed. You will also be involved in appointing and developing distributor channels, managing or hiring team members in different locations as per the companys vision, and setting sales targets for individual Sales Officers and the team as a whole. Your role will include maintaining and increasing sales of company products, achieving set targets and goals in your area, and expanding the customer base. Additionally, you will service the needs of existing customers, explore business opportunities through various market routes, and develop innovative sales strategies.You will focus on motivating and guiding team members to achieve their targets, possibly handling major customer accounts yourself, conducting customer feedback and market research, and contributing to meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
