Job Description

Role Overview:You are required to be a proactive and hands-on IT Executive at ECOSTAN India Pvt Ltd, responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations. Your role will include maintaining hardware/software systems, managing networks, ensuring data security, providing technical support to users, and assisting with ERP (Odoo) and infrastructure enhancements. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining a strong and reliable tech backbone across various departments.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and printers.- Troubleshoot system and network issues, and provide timely support to internal users.- Ensure data backup systems and antivirus/firewall security are properly configured.- Monitor and optimize internet connectivity and LAN/Wi-Fi performance.- Support Odoo ERP users and coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and fixes.- Assist in the implementation of new software/hardware as per company requirements.- Keep IT inventory and licensing records updated.Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.- Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, wireless access points, and CCTV systems.- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is an added advantage.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.- Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.,
