Job Description

    As a Territory Manager for 2-Wheeler Loans in the Sales department, your role involves sourcing loans from the market through DSAs/DSTs and existing channel partners. You will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a quality portfolio, managing a team, nurturing strong relationships, fostering cooperation, and effectively communicating across various channels. It is essential to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines while executing tasks in a manner that supports sales and mitigates risks, thereby contributing to the banks overarching objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Source and manage channels in the market to acquire business.- Maintain a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection.- Possess extensive knowledge of retail assets, products, operations, and current market trends.- Identify evolving market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and deliver high-quality customer service.- Recommend enhancements to processes and policies within the Retail Banking business to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver superior customer service.Qualification Required:- Graduation in any discipline.- Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM.- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
