Job Description

    As a Sales Manager, your role involves managing, training, and guiding the sales team in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for setting achievable sales targets and overseeing the teams performance to ensure these targets are met or exceeded. Motivating team members to excel and collecting customer feedback for senior management updates will be essential parts of your role.Key Responsibilities:- Set reasonable sales targets and goals for the sales team- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team- Motivate team members to achieve or surpass sales targets- Gather and provide customer feedback to senior management- Travel within the assigned sales area to engage potential and existing customers- Use various communication methods to close sales, including outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers- Implement a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospectsQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree preferred- Minimum 3 years of experience in the PHARMA industry preferredIn this role, you will work full-time in a day shift, morning shift schedule. The job location is in Ludhiana, Punjab, and requires in-person work. The company provides health insurance and a Provident Fund as part of the benefits package.
