Job Description

    As an Area Collection Manager in Support Services-Collection, your primary responsibility will involve monitoring and maintaining branch collection activities. You will be in charge of managing repossession processes and coordinating with collection agencies, repossession agents, and overseeing the sale of vehicles. Additionally, handling legal formalities will be an essential aspect of your role.Your key job responsibilities will include:- Monitoring and maintaining branch collection efforts- Managing repossession procedures- Coordinating with collection agencies, repossession agents, and facilitating the sale of vehicles- Handling various legal formalities related to the collection processTo be successful in this role, you should hold a minimum graduation degree, with a thorough understanding of collection activities. This position requires a managerial background and experience profile of 4 to 5 years in a relevant field. However, relevant experience will be considered even if the number of years falls below 4 years.The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong personality traits, be capable of making independent decisions, and exhibit excellent managerial skills.Educational Qualifications:- Minimum requirement of a B.Com degree (MBA preferable)Experience Profile:- 4 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field (relevant experience will be considered for less than 4 years),
