Job Description

    As an Area Sales Manager for the Derma segment, you will play a crucial role in representing the brand and product, ensuring sales growth, creating engagements for hands-on experiences, and promoting correct product usage in clinics. Your responsibilities will include:- Territory Mapping: Create, maintain, and update a list of all potential customers in your assigned territory.- Potential Mapping: Identify customers with the quickest conversion rates and focus on maximizing their coverage.- Daily Field Calls Planning: Develop a coverage plan and schedule demo/education sessions with technical support.- Carry the right tools for customer interactions and conversions at all times.- Achieve and exceed targets set for your area.- Report daily activities, customers met, conversions, and pipeline status.- Adhere to reporting formats and processes established by the Head Office.- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.- Motivate clients to choose DPW products as their primary solution across various indications.- Collaborate with technical team to organize demos, training sessions, and workshops.- Ensure customers are comfortable with product usage and benefits.- Implement sales and marketing strategies within your assigned territory.- Conduct training sessions for doctors, FGWs, and institutions to promote new products and drive revenue growth.- Possess good knowledge of products, scientific benefits, merits, packaging, pricing, and competitor products.- Maintain accurate records, collect customer and market feedback, and provide timely reports.- Plan stockiest-wise primary/secondary monthly targets.- Uphold and enhance the companys image at all times.- Continuously collect customer and market feedback to stay informed.In addition, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and follows a day shift schedule.
