Job Description

    The Maintenance Assistant Manager in the Tyre Industry based in Ludhiana is responsible for the mechanical maintenance of various machines, including Hydraulic Presses, Intermixing (Banbury), and other plant machinery. Your primary duties will involve conducting regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, troubleshooting and swiftly repairing breakdowns to reduce production loss, and maintaining records of maintenance activities, servicing schedules, and spare parts inventory. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with production and other departments to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.To be eligible for this position, you should possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the Tyre or Rubber Industry. A sound knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical components, and industrial maintenance procedures is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are also key attributes required for this role.This is a full-time position that may involve working in rotational shifts.
