Job Description

    The Cluster Coordinator position in Ludhiana West Ludhiana requires someone with 4 to 6 years of experience in the social sector with an understanding of education. As a Cluster Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing lesson planning, conducting class observations, holding pedagogy-centered discussions with teachers, and supporting the Head Teacher in managing the quality of teaching-learning processes. You will also be responsible for reviewing students notebooks, evaluating training needs of teachers, managing the school MIS, and ensuring correct record-keeping in various school registers.In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will have additional responsibilities related to reporting, team coordination, and liaison with the community. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor of Education (BEd), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels. You should also possess high planning and execution capabilities to succeed in this role.The Cluster Coordinator position offers a dynamic work environment that may require travel and interaction with influential community members. While there are specific educational qualifications and work experience requirements, the ideal age bracket for this role is between 25 to 35 years.
