Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic English Language Trainer, your role will involve implementing effective English learning programs to enhance student proficiency in the English language. You will be responsible for preparing candidates for placement in line with industry requirements, both within India and abroad.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct English Language Training Sessions for candidates from various sectors, focusing on conversational skills, reading, writing, comprehension, and English vocabulary.- Evaluate students language proficiency through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams, and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.- Utilize teaching tools, online content, session plans, and other materials to drive expected results in English exams, and develop new training content as needed.- Explore best practices in language instruction, incorporating innovative methods and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.- Adapt training programs to accommodate different learning styles, levels, and objectives, ensuring each student reaches their language goals.- Integrate cultural insights and nuances into language training to promote a deeper understanding of English culture and customs.- Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and certification status to meet organizational requirements.- Engage with management and candidates to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular progress updates and feedback.- Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure a cohesive language training strategy, sharing best practices and resources.Qualifications Required:- Educational Qualifications: Masters degree (MA) in English/Communication- Professional Certification: Internationally recognized English Certifications such as CELTA (Min C1), TESOL (Level 5 or above), TEFT, IELTS Trainer Certification (Min 7.5 or above), or similar internationally recognized certification.Experience Required:- 5 years of training experience with a minimum of 2 years of classroom English teaching experience.Location:Skill India International Center, NSTI LudhianaRole Type:FTC,
