Job Description

    As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the agriculture, pesticides, or similar product industries. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Developing and managing relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.- Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the dealer network.- Promoting and selling agri/pesticides or related products to dealers.- Achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Conducting regular market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.- Providing product training and support to dealers.- Addressing dealer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.To excel in this role, you should have:- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management and sales.- Experience in the agriculture, pesticides, or allied industries is preferred.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term dealer relationships.- Self-motivation and target-driven mindset.- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.Join our team as a Dealer Sales Executive and contribute to creating an enjoyable gaming experience while enhancing your skills in sales and customer service.
