Job Description

    As a Sales Manager focusing on international markets, your role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys global customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in global markets through market analysis and assessing the viability of new markets and partners. Building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients will also be a key aspect of your role.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys international customer base- Identify new business opportunities in global markets, conduct market analysis, and assess the viability of new markets and partners- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients- Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues- Monitor and analyze export sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures- Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and explore new marketsQualifications Required:- 2 years of experience in B2B sales (Preferred)- Proficiency in English (Required)In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and explore new markets.This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
