Job Description

    The role at ORRA Fine Jewellery entails providing exceptional customer service, driving sales conversion, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for informing customers about new designs, schemes, and offers, supporting local area activities, and assisting with the try-at-home scheme. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales.Your key responsibilities will include attending to customer requirements with a focus on driving sales conversion and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. You will need to keep customers informed about new designs, schemes, and offers to enhance sales and boost customer engagement. Collaborating with the Relationship Executive, you will support local area activities and assist with the try-at-home scheme as directed by the Store Manager. Following up with potential customers, visiting them, and effectively closing sales will be part of your routine tasks. Building and sustaining strong customer relationships will also be crucial in this role.To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Being detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team are essential qualities. Flexibility in terms of availability, including working on weekends and holidays, is required.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the in-person work location.,
