• Insurance Sales Goal Achievement:
  • Recruit and build a team of agents.
  • Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
• Supervision & Performance:
  • Oversee the activity plans of all agents to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
  • Update the Sales Management System with agent performance data.
• Motivation & Career Progression:
  • Promote and encourage agents to join career progression programs.
• CRM & Portal Usage:
  • Promote the use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management.
  • Drive cross-selling of various insurance products.
Candidate Profile:
• Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 2 10 years in sales.
• Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially focused.
  • Results-driven with high confidence levels.
  • Maturity and excellent communication skills.
  • Stable career history with a proven track record.
  • Well-networked in the local market.
