Job Description

    As a Production Engineer / Senior Engineer in the paint shop based in Focal Point, Ludhiana, you will be required to have a B.Tech (Chemical) qualification along with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Your primary responsibilities will include applying coatings to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance through pre-treatment processes like phosphating. You should possess a deep understanding of phosphating mechanisms and be familiar with degreasing, de-rusting techniques, and the associated chemicals.Your role will demand a strong skill set in surface coating applications, ensuring the uniformity, durability, and high-quality finish of products post powder coating. It is essential that you have the expertise to create hard, abrasion-resistant, and tough coatings. Additionally, you should be knowledgeable about the mechanical mixing of resin, pigments, and hardening agents in powdered form to achieve desired results.This position requires you to work full-time on a rotational shift basis at the designated work location in Focal Point, Ludhiana. The gross monthly salary for this role ranges from 35,000 to 40,000.
