1. Sales & Business Development:
   • Achieve sales targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
   • Identify potential customers through cold calls, references, and market visits.
   • Generate leads from open market and maintain a healthy pipeline.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
   • Assist customers in understanding loan products and their benefits.
   • Provide end-to-end support during the loan application process.
3. Loan Processing:
   • Collect, verify, and process all necessary documentation for loan approvals.
   • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely disbursement of loans.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
   • Conduct market research to understand competitors and local market dynamics.
   • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase product penetration.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
   • Ensure adherence to the banks policies and regulatory guidelines.
   • Submit regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
