Job Description

    As a Product Formulation Specialist, your role will involve developing and establishing product formulations based on industry trends, market research, and customer requirements. You will also be responsible for optimizing formulations for new and existing nutraceutical products. Conducting thorough research on ingredients and their interactions will be a key aspect of your job. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to align product development with market needs. It is crucial to stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance with production standards.Your responsibilities will include:- Formulating and producing Syrup, Liquid, effervescent tablets, Sports protein powders, capsules, and tablets.- Ensuring that manufacturing activities are carried out in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.- Researching markets and emerging technologies to innovate and develop new product concepts.- Developing premix formulas and providing support for quotations based on customer requirements or concepts.- Conducting new product research focusing on product development with health benefits, critical nutritional formulations, bodybuilding supplements, wellness & fitness supplements.In terms of qualifications, a Bachelors degree is required. You should have at least 2 years of experience in the Nutraceuticals Industry, Manufacturing, or Production. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.Please note that the application question pertains to your current In-Hand Salary.,
