Job Description

    As a skilled professional in freight forwarding sales and customer service, you will be responsible for developing and managing business opportunities within the Canada import/export market. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with Canadian clients, agents, and partners to drive sales growth.You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, while providing tailored logistics solutions that meet the unique requirements of each customer. Your role will also involve managing end-to-end customer service, ensuring timely responses, shipment updates, and resolution of any issues that may arise.Collaboration with international operations, documentation, and billing teams will be essential to coordinate seamless logistics processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining CRM data, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding sales and customer service, with a preference for prior experience working with Canadian clients. A strong understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and Incoterms is essential, along with excellent communication skills to effectively manage client interactions via email, phone, and virtual meetings.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required, and you must be based in Ludhiana or willing to relocate. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund and the option to work from home. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses, with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday night shifts.
