Job Description

    As a Senior Academic Product Manager at our Ludhiana, Punjab location in the Academic Research & Data Science department, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of cutting-edge academic products and assessments. Your strong academic background, familiarity with competitive exams, and teaching experience in the test prep sector will be highly valued in this role.Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing academic content, assessments, and innovative learning experiences. You will research and implement adaptive learning techniques, refine scoring models for competitive exam performance, and stay ahead of trends in the competitive exam space. Collaborating with academic, technical, and product teams, you will work towards delivering high-quality educational solutions and gather feedback from educators and learners for continuous improvement.To excel in this role, you should possess a postgraduate degree in any field, with a background in education or technology being an added advantage. Experience in teaching or developing content in the test prep sector, along with a strong performance in competitive exams such as GRE, GMAT, CAT, JEE, NEET, etc., will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, proven project management expertise, and a creative problem-solving approach are essential attributes for success in this position.While familiarity with AI, adaptive learning, or scoring algorithms is a plus, it is not mandatory. An aptitude for understanding and integrating EdTech tools will be advantageous.
