Job Description

    As a Site Supervisor at Astberg Ventilation Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the installation and supervision of ventilation systems at project sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper execution of site work, conducting quality testing, coordinating with engineers and clients, and maintaining accurate project documentation.Your key responsibilities will include supervising the installation and commissioning of ventilation systems at client sites, conducting quality checks and performance testing of installed systems, as well as coordinating and interacting with site engineers, contractors, and client representatives. It will also be essential for you to maintain detailed site reports, work progress records, and service data, ensuring timely completion of tasks and promptly escalating any delays or issues to the reporting manager. Additionally, you will be expected to report and document installation photos, checklists, and QC reports, while coordinating with the internal service and logistics team for material dispatch and tracking. Your role will also involve attending client meetings, collecting feedback, and facilitating proper communication between clients and the office.To qualify for this position, you should possess a Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering, along with at least 3 years of on-site experience, preferably in ventilation, HVAC, or building services. A strong understanding of technical drawings, duct layouts, and ventilation components will be necessary, in addition to having excellent coordination and communication skills.
