Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Visa Counselor in Ludhiana, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and assistance to individuals seeking visa services. Your role will involve utilizing your communication skills, proficiency in Hindi and English, and counseling expertise to effectively assist clients with their visa requirements. It is essential for you to have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably within the immigration sector. This is a full-time position with a fixed salary and additional incentives based on performance.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct visa counseling sessions with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions- Utilize your knowledge of various visa types to guide individuals through the application process- Ensure accurate and timely completion of visa applications and related documentation- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor while assisting clients with their visa queries- Collaborate with team members to streamline the visa counseling process and enhance customer satisfactionQualifications Required:- Graduation degree- Strong communication skills- Proficiency in both Hindi and English- Previous experience in visa counseling (minimum 6 months)- Background in immigration services is preferredAdditional Details:The company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit.
