Job Description

Qualification: Graduation in any streamExperience: 10 years MinimumAge: 40 Job location: Ludhiana (Punjab)Salary: 50k to 1 lac(pick candidates from HUL & PNG)Skills Required:

  • Experience in handling sales of FMCG products in Punjab
:
  • Business Development, Distributor Handling, & Team management, Modern Trade and Institutional sales.
  • New Product Launching & market analysis. A proactive leader and planner with experience in strategic planning, market plan execution, budgeting & pre-sales efforts with skills in staffing and marketing.
  • Evaluating Stockists and C & F on the parameters of distribution, financial strengths, and market control.
  • Monitoring inventory Control, thereby ensuring ready availability of the stock as per the market demand and implementing effective logistic strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with Retailer and Distributors to ensure regular Purchase cycle is maintained and prepare Sales and Sales Related Reports Including Daily Call Reports, Weekly Reports, Monthly Sales Plan, etc.
  • Meeting the monthly target with wide spread distribution.
  • Provide market Intelligence to the Business Head about market trends & shifts, competitors & customer information and new product performance.
