Job Description

    Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Bank Sales Officer for our client in Madurai. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong customer relationships in the banking sector.Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in sales, especially in the financial sector (Mandatory skill). Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships (Mandatory skill). Effective lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and customers (Mandatory skill). Comprehensive knowledge of financial products to offer suitable solutions to clients needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and build rapport. Adept at negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and closing deals effectively. Proven ability to achieve targets within stipulated timelines. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of assessing client needs and providing appropriate solutions.Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base. Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and retention. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in sales techniques. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics to management. Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and changes to provide informed service to clients.,
